Ideal AP offers Customer Care Support to ensure your ongoing success and maximize your return on investment. The Customer Care Centerís mission is to provide you with highly responsive and effective technical support and assistance, so that you can focus on what is important to your business.

Customer Care Center
The Ideal Technical Support Team is available by phone to designated customer contacts during standard business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday). Support requests can also be submitted by e-mail and fax. Ideal AP Technical Support includes assistance with standard configuration and usage issues, with one business day response. The Customer Care Center also provides software patches and service packs for current product releases.

Resolution and Escalation
Each support request is assigned to a member of the Ideal Technical Support Team. The designated support engineer actively manages each request and works to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Customers can request escalation any time they feel it is necessary. Once a customer notifies the Support Engineer of this request, the Support Manager follows up with the customer to discuss the appropriate next steps.
